More than ever, Monica can now say that she is the happiest and most satisfied she’s ever been in her life. A woman of uprightness, loveliness, merit and excellence, Monica Glass is a woman who is always looking to gain more wisdom and understanding.

As Monica began her journey as an adult, she recognized that in addition to teaching, there was another call on her life. God was calling her to minister through the gift of singing. She found herself being asked to sing on many programs at school and as a lead soloist at her home church, Fifth Street Baptist, in Richmond, VA. Monica never saw herself as a soloist, but rather as someone who loves to sing, especially background vocals. That all changed when a fellow choir member asked her to sing with a group of ladies just one time, to help out their parents. That ‘just one time’ birthed Ecclesia. She is now a member of the Praise Team at Mt. Gilead Full Gospel International Ministries where she ministers several time a month.

Monica believes that one of the greatest things God did in her life was to surround her with like-minded people. She seemed to always be in the company of older women. She has four Naomi’s who God placed in her life several years ago. Together, they are the ladies of Ecclesia.

She is now the wife of Clifton Murray. Together they work and reside in the state of Maryland. Monica says, “When I didn’t know what to do, I just followed them. Now that my worship is mine, I wait in constant anticipation for the move of God!
