On August 1, Josandra Lynne Giles was born to parents Joseph and Ruth Giles. During her early childhood she realized around 13 years of age that singing would be a very intricate part of her life. She began singing 1st and 2nd alto with the Bethany Baptist Church Young Adult Choir in her hometown of Montpelier, VA.

As the years passed and her vocal prowess increased, she was soloist for many different occasions such as weddings, funerals, dedications, community events, etc. She has sung with numerous groups such as the Braxton Singers, Fonville and friends, Postal Chorale, Richmond Tri-City Mass Choir. Through this ministry God has stretched her vocals to sing tenor primarily and on occasion baritone. She is referred to as the base of the group. She was afforded the opportunity to minister in Sao' Paulo, Brazil in which many witnessing opportunities were given.

In 2006, she, along with her group "Ecclesia", was given the opportunity and challenge of acting in a long running play called “Gods Trombone” where she played Mahalia Jackson. In other plays, she has had various acting and singing parts; “Blessed Behind Bars, Grandma Robinson’s Final Wish, The Letter and The Brammerville Convention. She has been in this Old Dominion Drama Guild for over five years.

She is a very active member of Mt. Gilead Full Gospel International Ministries where Bishop Daniel Robertson is Pastor. During this time she has been promoted to praise team which ministers at least once monthly and also tenor section leader of the "Excellence Choir" and to serve as a missionary in the city and out of the country.

She is married to Dwight Faniel where together they have six adult children and two grandchildren, Kameron and Kaleb, who are the joy of their lives. Through the gift of the Holy Spirit she is anxiously but patiently waiting to see what God has in store for her.
